How to build a PC - Episode 2 - Assemble the components  - Unbox all the PC components. Place the motherboard on the motherboard’s package box for base support and safety. Unclip the processor's protection plate. Insert the processor safely into the socket. It is very important to handle it safely because even if you have a pin bend in the processor, all the money that we invested in it is wasted. Then lock the safety clip. Then insert RAM into the motherboard. In a PC, the motherboard has four RAM slots, which have two red or white colour slots and two black colour slots. If we are going to install two RAMs, we should insert one ram in the red or white slot and another ram in the black slot. If we insert it in the same colour slot, it will detect it as a single RAM instead of dual RAM, which affects the performance. Then insert an SSD (Solid-state drive) into the SSD slot. If you have a smaller budget, you can go with an HHD (Hard disc drive). Next, place the motherboard on th...

How to build a PC - Episode 1 - Buy appropriate components - Because of the rapid growth of technology, computers have become an indispensable part of our daily lives. When constructing a computer, the processor must come first. There are only two American companies that manufacture processors: Intel and Advanced Micro Device (AMD). It is considered as the main component of computer. The motherboard is the next part we need to check. The motherboard serves as the link between hardware components so they can work together.  Then, random-access memory (RAM) is used to work with data on computers. The size of RAM affects performance. Then a switched-mode power supply (SMPS) needs to be purchased. Its name alone informs us of its purpose, which is to supply devices with an adequate power supply. Then a cabinet needs to be purchased. Before purchasing a cabinet, there are no set requirements, but the size and number of fans are important because if the fan count increases, the heat will...
