It's movie time -episode - 1 




Virumaandi is a Tamil film that was written, produced, directed, and played by Kamal Haasan. He is also the co-editor of this film. Ilaiyaraaja is the music director of Virumaandi.

The first thing that impressed me in this film was the “Ulaganayagan” Kamal Haasan. He is such a versatile actor who has done justice to the role of Virumaandi. In this film, there is a funeral scene that is made as a single-shot scene for more than two minutes where he acts with a half-shaved head. It is a very complicated and difficult scene to retake.



In this film, Kamal Haasan uses the Rashomon effect, which is nothing but the technique of storytelling where different characters provide different perspectives and points of view of the same incident. In this movie,we encounter different perspectives on the event from the characters "Virumaandi" and "Kothala Devan."




All the songs are super hits in the Tamil cinema industry. My personal favourite song in this movie is "Unna Vida," which was sung by Kamal Haasan and Shreya Ghoshal. It is also on my Spotify playlist.

It is one of my favourite films by director and actor Kamal Haasan.

For this film, Virumaandi, I give it 5 stars.

Video Game Review  S eries- Episode 1 God of War is an action-adventure game developed by Santa Monica with Sony Interactive Entertainment as the publisher. This game was released as a PlayStation exclusive game in 2018, but in 2022 it was ported to Windows. It is the eighth game in the God of War franchise. The iconic character of this franchise, Kratos, is presented totally differently from the past seven games.  It is the first game that I have played on my new laptop. The first thing that I have noticed in this game is the graphics. This was so astonishing that it pulled me into the world of Norse mythology.  One of the pluses of this game is the narrative style; the way they narrate a story is worth mentioning. Santa Monica used a key narrative tool in this game, which is a single-shot technique. In movies, we are amazed to see a one- or two-minute single-shot scene.
